End Panels - 3/4" Melamine or Plywood (Up-charge) construction . Thick, high quality grade particle board laminated on each side with high quality Thermofused Melamine. CNC machined for hardware with 1/8" groove for cabinet back.

Cabinet Tops, Bottoms & Rails - 3/4" thick high quality grade particle board laminated on each side with high quality Thermofused Melamine. Machined, inserted with 8mm wood dowels with 1/8" groove for cabinet back.

Cabinet Backs - 1/8" Dura-Base sized to fit in grooved cabinet components.

Adjustable Shelves - 3/4” thick high quality grade particle board laminated on each side with high quality Thermofused Melamine. CNC machined for use with European styled shelf supports. Shelves are fully adjustable in wall and base cabinets.

Toe kick - Standard construction is a notched toe kick end panel utilizing an applied toe kick panel.

Drawer Box Construction - Blum Metabox® drawer system. This metal drawer system is constructed with 5/8" melamine backs and bottoms to provide a sturdy 100 lb. static load rating.
We also offer dovetail solid wood drawers with Blum Tandem Slides, Legra Box, and Plywood Dowled Drawer Box.

Hardware - Blum fully-concealed, clip-on hinges with a 3-way adjustment. All hinges include a lifetime warranty.

Blum Metabox® drawer hardware is white epoxy coated and also includes a lifetime warranty.

Edging - Rigid color coordinated PVC.

Assembly - Cabinet construction is accomplished with wood dowels and glue on all ends.

Cabinets are designed to fit most European hardware systems.
